Our Story
Welcome to our little corner of France right here in the heart of your city. Our bakery was founded six years ago, but its roots run deep into the streets of Paris. Both of our founders, with a passion for French baking, honed their craft at the prestigious Ferrandi School in Paris. Adrien Our head baker spent a decade working with some of the most renowned Parisian baking houses—think Kayser, Gontran Cherrier, and Landemaine—perfecting the art of traditional French bread and pastries.
Meanwhile, Véronique, our pastry virtuoso, brought her expertise from working in some of Paris’s finest five-star hotels. Together, they’ve built a bakery that’s all about honoring those deep French roots, focusing on long-fermented breads and handcrafted pastries made with love. We’re a joyful, hardworking team, and we can’t wait for you to taste a little piece of Paris.
